At Decoressence, we strive to provide high-quality design services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed. Please review our policy below:
1. Digital Design Services
Due to the nature of our design services, we do not offer refunds once a project has started. However, we are happy to make reasonable revisions based on your feedback.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
If your purchase includes physical products (e.g., furniture, decor, or materials sourced through our recommendations), the return policy of the specific vendor or retailer will apply. We recommend reviewing their return policies before making a purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your project before the design work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any consultation or administrative fees.
- Once work has started, no refunds will be provided.
4. Revisions & Adjustments
We offer a set number of revisions based on your package. If you require additional revisions beyond what’s included, they may be subject to an additional fee.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in cases where:
- A technical error caused duplicate payments.
- A service was not delivered due to an error on our part.
6. How to Request a Refund or Revision
If you have any concerns about your design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your final design. Our team will review your request and determine the best course of action.
